1. How do I place orders?
   You can place your order online, then confirm via Email, Msn or Yahoo!.
   For ordering, indicate what items you want with player number, player name, term, colors, sizes and quantities, preferably with a order sheet. Once we receive your order, we will send you items after we get the money.
   
   
2. Can I order a piece of jersey as samples?
   Yes, we accept samples orders. By sample price.
   
   
3. May I order the mixture order in several catalogs?
   Yes. You could order the mixture order in several catalogs. Of course, your order must be reach our allowed minimum request.
   
   
4. What size do you have?
   Jerseys size ranges 48-54. Most items are in US or European sizes.
   
   
5. Can you reserve a product for me until I can pay for it?
   Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week.
   However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

7. How can I get information after I have paid for the products?
   We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
   
   
8. When and how can I check on my order status?
   Normally, after 2 days you can trace your package. You can look at the status on the express company's website within 3 days.
   
   
   
9. Is shipping fee free?
   Our shipping fee is free. The price is including shipping cost to buyers office or buyers home.
   
   
10. How the items are delivered?
    Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS/AAE/TNT/UPS.

    It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the items are delivered faster.
