• If items have in stock, Shipping starts after full payment, usually in the very day or delay 1 day.
  
  
• If the custom items or bulk orders, shipping starts after producting completely.
  
  
• We always choose the fast and safe shipping way,such as DHL, UPS, EMS,AEE,FEDEX,TNT, etc.
  
  
• All goods are shipped from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
  
  
• You will recieve a tracking number from us after 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site
  and track the package(s)
  
  
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days to your office or door by express.
  
  
• Fine-Supply is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package.
  If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released,
  if not then there is nothing we can do and you will be offered a refund(half of them)!
  
  
• All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
